Proverbs 22:6 says that we should train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. We believe at RFMM that the church also has a role to play in the training of children and we are dedicated to ensuring that we are not negligent to this responsibility. We also know that even children have spiritual needs and we meet these through the children’s ministry. The children have a separate session during the Sunday Worship Service where they are taught biblical stories and truths in a manner that is both fun and interactive. All children, 2 – 14 years old are welcome to join.

This is a ministry dedicated to developing vibrant and firebrand youth that are driven by a passion for the Gospel of Christ and that represent RFMM as honorable ambassadors and exceptional world class leaders. The youth are the next generation of leaders and it is our responsibility to ensure that those are take on the mantle next are well grounded in their faith and in the word of God. This group meets for bible studies, discussion sessions and leisure activity, all with the goal of edifying each other. Everyone, 15 – 30 years old is welcome to join.

John 4:24 says that God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. The purpose of the choir ministry is to lead others to a place of honest worship in God’s presence. We believe that RFMM that praise and worship are relevant tool in bringing down the presence of God and so the choir ministry has the responsibility of raising praise and worship in God’s sanctuary. This ministry is open to all who feel led to join and are willing to work towards the standard of excellence that is expected of musicians.

2 Corinthians 10:4 reminds us that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal. Rather than physical weapons, we as Christians have prayer as a powerful weapon. Prayers are the tools we sue to wreak havoc in the kingdom of darkness. The prayer ministry at RFMM is made up of prayer warriors that are dedicated to praying for the church and its leadership, as well as prayer requests made by church members. These prayer warriors also listen keenly to the spirit for prayer points about which they may have no foreknowledge.

In Matthew 28:19, Jesus instructs us to go and make disciples of all nations. We believe that every believer is to take action upon this instruction but members of the evangelism ministry are more intentional about this by setting aside time to go out and reach the lost of this world, as well as the backslidden. Everyone is encouraged to be a part of this ministry as you will be acting in obedience to the Great Commission that Jesus Christ left us with.
